In the Spring we hold a plant sale at a member’s house. In July we hold our very successful Annual Show which includes fruit, vegetables, flowers, produce and crafts.

Monthly Meetings
The meetings are held in the Club Room of Lord Pirbright’s Hall on the Green at Pirbright on the second Tuesday of each month. There is ample free parking and refreshments are offered during the meeting. Our programme is booked up to a year in advance.
Plant Sale
We hold an Annual Plant Sale at at 5 West Heath Pirbright on the 17th and 18th of May. The members contribute surplus plants from their gardens and there is a raffle and refreshments are served. The sale adds greatly to the funds required to stage the Annual Show.

Annual Show
The Annual Show on the 19th July is our big event. We publish a schedule in advance and members and non members are invited to enter as many as they wish of the 100 or so classes available. Entries are staged on the morning of the Show. Judging takes place by RHS registered Judges and then the Show is open to the public. There are refreshments available and local businesses set up stalls adjacent to the hall. There are many trophies and prizes awarded.
RHS Affiliation
Pirbright Horticultural Society is affiliated with the Royal Horticultural Society. Advantages of this include:
- Discounted entry to RHS Wisley and RHS Harlow Carr gardens
- Special Affiliated Society reduced price tickets to some RHS Shows.
